Terms of Service (ÁSZF)

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the rights and obligations of Aranyi Attila sole proprietorship as the operator of the website www.goldipuppy.com (registered office: 7052 KΓΆlesd, RΓ‘kΓ³czi utca 8., email: goldipuppy01@gmail.com, registration number: 56845794, tax number: 58199697-2-37) - hereinafter: Service Provider - and the Customer using the electronic commerce service - hereinafter: User.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

By starting to use the site, the User by conclusive behavior fully accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy, the User acknowledges that they have read and accepted their content as binding.

These General Terms and Conditions are valid from October 22, 2025 until withdrawal or further modification.

The official language of the website is English/Hungarian, all communication and claims with the operator can only be in English and Hungarian.

The Service Provider is responsible for the professional breeding of puppies, checking their health status, and conducting the sale.

User can be any natural and legal person, as well as organizations without legal personality. Any visitor to the Website, registered and unregistered User is considered a User.

Customer is a registered User who reserves or purchases the dog listed in the advertisement through the interface.

Customer is a User who uses any paid service of the sole proprietorship operating the website.

We only advertise purebred dogs with hobby registration papers on the Website. The Service Provider guarantees that the dog listed in the advertisement is healthy, has age-appropriate vaccinations and papers.

II. USE OF SERVICES

II.1. General Information

The subject of the service is breeding and selling purebred dogs according to Hungarian laws. The information, images and descriptions on the website are for informational purposes only.

The goldipuppy.com website deals with advertising dogs, pet supplies, and food. The dogs listed on the Website can be purchased online through the interface, as well as in person at the provided contacts.

Viewing the Website, contacting and searching is free. Payment by the User occurs when a dog is reserved or purchased through the Website.

II.2. REGISTRATION

To register, the data sheet visible on the interface after clicking the "Registration" menu item must be filled out appropriately. You can delete your registration at any time by sending a message to the goldipuppy01@gmail.com email address, and after logging in, you can also delete the registration on your own data sheet on the website interface, provided there are no active advertisements recorded in the system.

After the message arrives, the Service Provider is obliged to immediately take care of deleting the User's registration. In case of deletion, user data will be deleted immediately from the system after deletion, but this does not result in the deletion of data and documents related to previous advertisements and purchases.

After removal, there is no way to restore the data. By registering, every User undertakes that the personal data provided during registration correspond to reality.

If the data provided by the user does not correspond to reality, the Service Provider is entitled to delete the registration without further notice. Anyone who repeatedly provides false or untrue data for other reasons can be excluded. In this case, the user cannot claim any compensation, but undertakes to compensate the Service Provider's damage.

III. SERVICE PROVIDER CONTENT

The Service Provider is responsible with unlimited and exclusive liability for the legality of all content published on its website. This includes especially the content of advertisements and attached images.

The Service Provider declares that if it publishes any content protected by copyright on the site, it has user rights for publication regarding these works. Any fees arising from any legal basis regarding these works are borne by the Service Provider.

The User is directly liable for damage or legal injury caused to the Service Provider or third parties by unauthorized or improper use.

IV. PAYMENT COMMISSION AGREEMENT

The Service Provider provides the User with the opportunity to purchase or reserve the dog they want to reserve or purchase through the website at the purchase price indicated by the Service Provider.

Payment obligation only arises when using the site's payment service for the dog reserved or purchased on the site and only burdens the Buyer. The fee for the payment service is a minimum of 500 euros of the dog's purchase price. The Service Provider issues an invoice to the Buyer, which it sends to the Buyer by email in electronic form.

After successful confirmation, the Buyer is obliged to transfer the purchase price or deposit to the Service Provider's bank account within 24 hours.

The Service Provider issues an invoice for the deposit and/or purchase price to the Buyer.

By using the Service Provider's payment service, the Buyer accepts this contract. The Service Provider issues a receipt to the Buyer for the receipt of the purchase price or deposit after the purchase price or deposit arrives. The Buyer consents at the same time as payment that the Service Provider sends the receipt to them electronically.

V. PAYMENT METHODS AND CONDITIONS

The Service Provider indicates the full purchase price of the dog or the exact amount of the dog's deposit in the confirmation of the purchase placed by the Buyer (in case of reservation), i.e., the total amount to be paid. Furthermore, it indicates all necessary data and information in the confirmation that is essential for the successful execution of the payment transaction (exact total amount, information about payment methods, order identification number, etc.).

The Buyer can pay the deposit or the full purchase price to the Service Provider in the following ways:

V.1. Payment by bank transfer:

In this case, the Buyer pays the full purchase price of the dog or the deposit (according to the Buyer's prior choice) before receiving the dog by bank transfer to the Service Provider's (Aranyi Attila sole proprietorship) IBAN HU55 104046015052658665521035 account number at K&H Bank. In case of advance transfer, the Buyer is only entitled to receive the dog after the transfer is credited, which the Service Provider will notify the Buyer immediately.

The payment date is considered the day when the deposit or the full purchase price is credited to the Service Provider's bank account.

If the deposit or the full purchase price is not credited to the Service Provider's bank account by the deadline set by the Service Provider due to the Buyer's payment delay, the Service Provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The Service Provider is obliged to notify the Buyer immediately by email in case of withdrawal due to buyer delay.

VI. RESERVATION, PURCHASE PROCESS

Payment of the dog's deposit or full purchase price is tied to registration through the interface.

The User has the opportunity to pay the deposit or full purchase price of the dog they choose from the dogs listed on the website regarding the selected dog.

The registered User selects the dog they choose from the list on the Website and clicks the "Payment" button. The User has the opportunity to pay the deposit or settle the dog's full purchase price through the interface.

In case of deposit payment, the deposit amount is minimum 500 Euros. After successfully paying the deposit on the advertising page, Users can optionally settle the remaining purchase price of the dog by clicking on the "My Reserved Dogs" menu item.

The system indicates the exact amount of the deposit and the full purchase price. The User selects their chosen transaction and continues the purchase. Before payment, the Buyer gets to know and accepts the present Terms as binding. The system automatically offers the necessary, interconnected technical steps for contract conclusion to the Buyer. The Buyer can interrupt the process at any time until sending the order.

Before finalizing the purchase, the Buyer has the opportunity to check the data they entered and correct any data entry errors. The order sent by the Buyer qualifies as a legal declaration aimed at contract conclusion. The electronically concluded contract is created when the Service Provider's confirmation of the order reaches the Buyer. The contract created in this way between the Parties, in Hungarian/English language, qualifies as a written contract. The Service Provider files the contract and keeps it for two years after its creation.

The total purchase price always represents the gross price. The price is displayed in the currency selected by the user.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of dogs listed on the website. The modification takes effect simultaneously with its appearance on the Website and does not affect the purchase price of already reserved or purchased dogs. If the Service Provider, despite all care, displays an incorrect price, especially a price that significantly differs from the dog's well-known, generally accepted or estimated price, or a "0" Euro or "1" Euro price due to system error, the Service Provider is not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. In this case, the Service Provider may offer sale at the correct price, upon knowledge of which the Buyer may withdraw from their purchase intention.

Payment transactions are processed during business hours, weekdays between 8 and 19. There is also an opportunity to pay the deposit or full purchase price outside the above-mentioned times, if it happens after the end of working hours, it will be processed the next day.

After the payment transaction, the Buyer receives an automatic system message about the purchase, which contains all important information about the purchase and the unique identification number of the transaction.

If the Buyer wants to choose another dog, the previously paid purchase price will be credited to the newly selected dog's purchase price.

The Service Provider's responsibility extends to ensuring that the Buyer actually receives the dog (based on unique identification, e.g., chip number) that was listed in the advertisement and that the documents listed there are also handed over.

VII. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Proof of successful delivery is always the Buyer's responsibility (receipt, photo/video, etc.).

By sending the successful confirmation, the Buyer simultaneously acknowledges that the purchased dog is visibly healthy at the time of receipt and has all the documents that the Service Provider listed on the website and included in the dog's purchase price.

The Buyer is obliged to confirm the successful receipt of the dog within 48 hours of the notification. If the given confirmation deadline is missed, the Service Provider assumes that the delivery was successful.

VIII. SERVICE PROVIDER EVALUATION

We provide registered Users with the opportunity to evaluate the Service Provider on the website after the confirmation of the successful delivery of the given dog reaches the Service Provider.

Writing an evaluation is voluntary, with this Users help other Users' proper orientation.

The free-form evaluation can be positive or negative in tone but can only be related to the given dog or the behavior shown by Users during the delivery of the given dog.

The User is obliged to form their opinion carefully, knowing that their evaluation becomes accessible to all Users and cannot be changed later. User evaluation is written and cannot contain defamatory expressions that violate other people's personality rights. Regarding evaluations containing such expressions, the Service Provider reserves the right to delete the evaluation.

When writing an evaluation, the User consents that the Service Provider may use this content for promotional purposes, modified, moderated or even translated.

Complaints and objections related to evaluations can be reported to the Service Provider at any of the contacts listed in these Terms. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete the complained evaluation and suspend the right of the User who wrote the given evaluation to upload evaluations.

IX. REFUND POLICY

IX.1. Conditions for deposit cancellation

After reserving the dog, the Buyer can modify their reservation within 24 hours by clicking on the "My Reserved Dogs" menu item after selecting the given dog. In this case, the full amount of the deposit is credited.

In case of cancellation, the deposit amount is only refunded to the Buyer in the following cases:

In case of the following health problems of the reserved dog:

  • Hernia
  • Patella
  • Heart murmur
  • Severe eye changes (e.g., blindness)
  • The dog is deaf, even in one ear
  • Serious genetic inherited or congenital disease
  • Any other injury or change that irreversibly changes the characteristics of the reserved dog
  • Death
  • The selected dog shows excessive fear or aggression and knowing this, the Buyer wants to withdraw from purchasing the dog.

IX.2. Waiver of claiming double deposit

When paying a deposit, the Buyer acknowledges that the dog is a living being and waives claiming double the deposit in case the Service Provider cannot deliver the given dog to them for reasons beyond the Service Provider's fault. (The Service Provider may refuse to deliver the dog if it is clearly justified that the dog's temperament is incompatible with the Buyer's personality, the Buyer does not provide adequate keeping conditions for the dog (e.g., keeping a dog suitable for indoor keeping permanently outdoors/outdoors).

The Buyer acknowledges that the refund of double the deposit only burdens the Service Provider if they sold the given dog to someone else. In this case, the Buyer can enforce their claim directly against the Service Provider.

IX.3. Conditions for retaining deposit

In case of buyer cancellation, the Service Provider becomes entitled to retain the deposit. If the dog's full purchase price has been paid, the Service Provider refunds the amount reduced by the deposit to the Buyer.

If the delivery fails due to the Buyer's fault, the Service Provider becomes entitled to the deposit amount and reimbursement of other reasonably incurred costs (e.g., dog transport fee, costs of producing name-specific documents). The Service Provider is entitled to cancel the purchase and sell the given dog to someone else.

The following particularly qualify as buyer breach of contract:

  • After payment, they do not contact immediately (48 hours) regarding the dog's receipt.
  • The Buyer does not appear at the agreed time/address with the Service Provider and does not pick up the given dog within 2 days after that.

X. OTHER SERVICES

We handle cases by phone on weekdays between 9-18, we respond to email inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays.

X.1. Shipping assistance

Within the framework of the Shipping assistance service, the Service Provider undertakes to inform the Buyer about shipping conditions (expected costs, documents, etc.) and fully organize the shipping of the puppy selected and purchased by the Buyer to the address provided by the Buyer.

The service content extends to organizing shipping and informing the Buyer about shipping-related matters.

The Service is considered fulfilled when the dog arrives at the given address, which the Buyer proves by signing the receipt.

The Service Provider does not perform concrete shipping activities, only undertakes to organize shipping.

X.2. Starter package

The Service Provider provides a starter package for the dogs to the Buyer which includes the following equipment/tools/food:

  • To be specified

The starter package cannot be purchased separately, the Service Provider provides these free of charge.

XI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION, WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE

XI.1. Right of withdrawal and termination

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification. Regarding the right of withdrawal and termination, the User in this point means only the User who qualifies as a consumer according to the law. The Service Provider can comply with the deadlines specified in these Terms for starting service provision if the User who uses the service requests it with a separate declaration before paying for the service and consents to the Service Provider starting the provision of the used service before the expiration of 14 days according to these rules, with the proviso that after starting the provision of the used service, the User is not entitled to the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the time of contract conclusion, but has the right to terminate without justification during the existence of the contract until the completion of the entire service, after which the User loses their right of termination.

The consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal/termination using the declaration template in the appendix or through a clear declaration to this effect. The consumer is responsible for proving that they exercised their right of withdrawal/termination in accordance with this paragraph. If the consumer wants to exercise their right of withdrawal/termination, they must send their clear declaration containing this or the declaration template to the address in point 1 of this information (electronically or by post).

XI.2. Buyer's declaration for starting service

By accepting these Terms, the Buyer makes a definite declaration that the Service Provider should start their secure payment service and guarantee provision within 14 days. The Buyer acknowledges that they lose their right of termination after the completion of the entire service.

XI.3. Warranty, guarantee

The Service Provider is liable with warranty and guarantee for the dogs listed in the advertisement.

XII. CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE

The Service Provider operates customer service for handling user reports, investigating and remedying complaints, and informing users, which users can reach at the following addresses:

The Service Provider immediately examines the complaint and remedies it as needed. If the Buyer does not agree with the complaint handling, the Service Provider immediately takes minutes of the complaint and their position on it, which they send electronically to the Buyer. If immediate investigation of the complaint is not possible, the Service Provider takes minutes of the complaint and sends it electronically to the Buyer.

The Service Provider responds in writing (e-mail) to complaints sent electronically to the above addresses within 30 days. They justify their position rejecting the complaint. The Service Provider keeps the response for 1 year and presents it to supervisory authorities upon request.

XIII. DATA PROTECTION

The Service Provider stores the data provided by the User purpose-bound, exclusively for contract fulfillment and later proof of contract conditions. The Service Provider does not disclose the User's data to third parties - except for the Document Issuer - unless the third party acts as the Service Provider's subcontractor/cooperator during contract fulfillment. The Service Provider acts in accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: Regulation. GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 (hereinafter: Infotv.) when handling Buyer data (see: Privacy Policy).

XIV. OTHER PROVISIONS

The website content is purely informational, any use of it is at the risk and responsibility of all Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage suffered by the User or third parties from use, does not compensate for it.

By placing the order, the User declares that they know the Service Provider's present General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and accept the provisions therein as binding.

The Service Provider declares that the security level of the website they operate is adequate, its use does not pose a risk. Purchasing on the website assumes the User's knowledge of internet technical and technical limitations and acceptance of error possibilities that come with technology.

The Service Provider does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by connecting to the website. The User is responsible for protecting their computer and the data on it.

The Service Provider is not responsible for damages caused by events beyond their control (force majeure), including but not limited to damage from website use or malfunction, data modification by anyone, information transmission delay, computer viruses, software errors, internet network errors, or other technical errors, line or system errors.

All data and information on the website, as well as the website's design and structure in the form found on the website, are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of these elements may conflict with copyright and other laws. No one is entitled to modify, reproduce, publish publicly, perform, or otherwise commercially use the materials on the website without the copyright owner's consent.

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify these Terms at any time. Any modification takes effect simultaneously with its appearance on the website.

Invalidity of any point of these Terms does not affect the entire Terms, in such cases the Parties will immediately agree on what replaces the invalid part according to their will at contract conclusion.

The Parties record that they will try to resolve disputes arising in the legal relationship regulated in these Terms primarily peacefully.

Disputes related to this contract will be resolved by the contracting parties through mutual agreement. If the consumer is a resident of a European Union member country, the laws of their place of residence apply to them.

Hungarian law is authoritative for these Terms and the legal relationships created on their basis. Hungarian applicable laws are authoritative for questions not regulated in the Terms.

The consumer is obliged to reimburse the Service Provider's reasonable costs if the provision was made at the consumer's express, prior request and the consumer exercises their right of termination after starting the provision.

The Consumer cannot exercise their right of termination in case of a contract for service provision (in this case payment service) after the completion of the entire service, if the Service Provider started the provision at the Consumer's express request and prior consent and acknowledged that they will lose their right of termination after the completion of the entire service.
